Do you charge extra for larger homes? +
Yes — pricing is based on the size of your home and the scope of work. A 5-bedroom home in Aliana or a large estate in Weston Lakes will be priced higher than a 2-bedroom townhome in Stafford. We assess your home's size and condition when giving your quote so there are no surprises on the day.
Are there any hidden fees? +
No — we quote a flat, all-inclusive price before your first clean. What we quote is what you pay. The only time the price changes is if you request additional services or add-ons that weren't included in the original scope. We'll always discuss any changes with you first.
Do you charge a travel fee for cities outside Katy? +
For all cities within our standard 20-mile service radius — including Sugar Land, Cypress, Richmond, Fulshear, Missouri City, Stafford, Brookshire, Jersey Village and the Energy Corridor — there is no travel surcharge. You pay the same rates as our Katy clients. For addresses at the outer edge of our radius (such as parts of Sealy), we discuss this transparently when you enquire.
When do I pay? +

What is included in a standard house cleaning? +
Standard house cleaning covers all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and common spaces — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing toilets and sinks, wiping all surfaces and emptying trash throughout. What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean? +
A standard clean maintains a home that's already relatively clean — covering all main surfaces, floors and fixtures on a regular basis. A deep clean goes significantly further: inside ovens, fridges and microwaves, behind and under furniture, inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, light switch covers and more. Deep cleans typically take 2–3 times longer and are ideal as a first clean before starting a recurring plan.
What is included in a move-out clean? +
Our move-out clean is designed to meet landlord inspection standards — covering inside all appliances, all cabinets and drawers, window tracks and sills, walls spot-cleaned, light fixtures, and every surface in the property. It's our most comprehensive clean and is priced accordingly. We offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee to help protect your deposit.
Do you clean inside ovens and fridges on a standard visit? +
Inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave interior) are not included in a standard clean — they're covered in a deep clean or available as add-ons on standard visits. Just let us know when booking and we'll include them in your scope and price.
Do you offer office and commercial cleaning? +
Yes — we offer professional office cleaning for small to mid-size businesses in Katy and Greater Houston. We serve offices, medical suites, real estate offices, retail spaces, salons and co-working spaces with flexible before-hours, after-hours and weekend scheduling.
Do you offer Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning? +
Yes — our Airbnb turnover cleaning service is available 7 days a week across all 12 cities we serve. We handle the full turnover checklist including linen changes, towel replacement, restocking and host notification on completion. Flat-rate pricing per turnover so you can build it directly into your Airbnb cleaning fee.

How quickly can you start cleaning my home? +
For most addresses in our service area, we can schedule your first clean within a few days of your quote. During busy periods it may be slightly longer. Call (281) 712-4929 directly for the fastest response — especially for urgent move-out or post-construction bookings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? +
Not at all — most of our clients aren't home during their clean. We can arrange key access, lockbox codes or smart lock entry. We'll text you when we arrive and again when the clean is complete. Many of our Energy Corridor and recurring clients have us clean while they're at work, traveling or offshore.
Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning appointment? +
Yes — we offer flexible scheduling with no long-term contracts. We ask for reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule so we can reallocate our team's time. We understand life happens — just get in touch and we'll work with you to find a new time.
What days and hours do you clean? +
We clean Monday through Saturday for standard residential cleaning. For Airbnb turnovers and some commercial clients, we're available 7 days a week including Sundays. We offer before-hours and after-hours scheduling for commercial clients to avoid disruption to their business.
How do I book my first cleaning? +

Are your teams insured? +
Yes — we carry full insurance coverage on every job. Your home and belongings are protected on every visit. If anything is accidentally damaged, we handle it properly and transparently — no awkward conversations, no passing the buck.
Will I get the same cleaning team every visit? +
Yes — for recurring clients, we assign a dedicated team to your home. They learn your preferences, your layout and your standards over time. Many of our long-term clients tell us their team has become an indispensable part of their household routine — that's exactly what we aim for.
What if I'm not happy with a specific team member? +
Just let us know and we'll make a change, no questions asked. Our goal is for every client to feel completely comfortable and confident with their assigned team. We'd rather reassign than lose a client's trust.
How many people will come to clean my home? +
Typically a team of 2 cleaners for standard and deep cleans, which allows us to complete the job efficiently without spending the whole day in your home. Larger homes or post-construction cleans may require a larger team. We'll let you know how many to expect when you book.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? +
Yes — our teams bring all professional cleaning supplies, equipment and products to every job. You don't need to provide anything. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use in your home — perhaps for a surface you're particular about — just let us know and we'll accommodate it.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products? +
Yes — we use eco-friendly, non-toxic and family-safe products on every visit. Our products are safe for children and pets, and leave no harsh chemical residue or strong odors. This is especially important for Katy's family-oriented communities and households with allergy-sensitive members.
Are your products safe for pets? +
Yes — all products we use are pet-safe. There's no need to relocate your pets during a standard clean. For deep cleans where stronger products may be used in specific areas (like oven cleaning), we'll let you know in advance if any temporary ventilation is recommended.
Can you use my own products if I prefer? +
Yes — if you have specific products you prefer us to use on certain surfaces or in certain rooms, just let us know when you book. We're happy to use your products alongside or instead of ours for those areas.

How often should I have my house cleaned? +
Most Katy homeowners find bi-weekly (every two weeks) is the best balance of cleanliness and value. Families with young children or pets often prefer weekly. Monthly works well for smaller homes, couples or lower-traffic households. If you're unsure, we'll recommend the right frequency based on your home and lifestyle when you call.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +
No contracts — ever. You can pause, reschedule or cancel your recurring plan with reasonable notice. We believe in earning your business on every visit, not locking you in. The only commitment we ask for is reasonable notice when you need to make changes.
Do recurring clients get a discount? +
Yes — recurring clients receive discounted rates compared to one-time bookings. The more frequent the plan, the better the rate. Weekly clients receive the deepest discount. You also get priority scheduling — your slot is locked in ahead of new one-time bookings.
Should I start with a deep clean before a recurring plan? +
We strongly recommend it. A deep clean brings your home to the highest possible standard before your recurring plan begins. This means our team can maintain that standard efficiently on every subsequent visit — without having to spend extra time catching up. Most clients notice a significant improvement in the quality of each recurring clean after starting with a deep clean.
What happens if I need to skip a visit? +
Just let us know with reasonable notice and we'll skip that visit with no penalty. We can reschedule to a nearby date if you'd prefer. For longer gaps — for example if you're traveling for a few weeks — we'll note it in your account and resume your normal schedule when you're back.
